Job Description:
Responsible for formulating R&D tasks on new and existing algorithms for traffic flow theory and models, working closely with developers to implement advanced modeling techniques and algorithms for product improvement and differentiations, and acting as a key technical resource to the organization. Provide technical leadership and guidance in new product development and advanced product features. Lead technical staff to conduct quantitative and qualitative system and data analysis. Must have PhD in Science or Engineering. Must have two years of experience in real time data processing and statistical analysis. Software programming experience in Java, C++ with database application required.
