Southern California city will use BlueTOAD to improve traffic flow
October 25, 2017 - The City of Newport Beach has purchased BlueTOAD technology, which uses Bluetooth to ping enabled devices in moving vehicles, to monitor and improve traffic throughout the Orange County city.
